Sensitive Information: Aadhaar number, PAN, bank details (for official purposes only)
Location Data: Real-time location for check-in/check-out and trip tracking (including geofencing within 100m radius)
Device Information: Device type, OS, app usage logs

2. Use of Information

Unicare uses the collected data to:

Manage attendance and operations
Enable check-in/check-out and trip tracking
Process requests (salary, ID card, uniform, etc.)
Send notifications (approvals, alerts)
Improve application performance and security

3. Location Usage

Location access is required for attendance and trip tracking
Location is collected during check-in, check-out, and active trips
Geofencing is used to validate actions within the allowed radius

4. Third-Party Services

Unicare uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) only for sending notifications. Firebase does not directly access personal data.

5. Data Sharing

Unicare does not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is shared only within the organization or when required by law.

6. Data Security

Unicare takes reasonable measures to protect user data. However, no system is completely secure.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting the administrator.
